Growdn provides automation tools for Instagram, including automated likes, follows, comments, direct messages, and story interactions ("the Service"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles.
Growdn is a third-party automation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. The use of automation tools may violate Instagram's Terms of Use and could result in restriction or suspension of your account. By using this software, you acknowledge full responsibility for such use. Growdn provides no guarantee of results and disclaims all liability for any account restriction, suspension, or loss.
What we do about it. Instagram does not permit this kind of automation, and no tool can make that risk disappear. We reduce it as far as it can be reduced: an IP address dedicated to your account and pinned to a single city, a stable device identity that never drifts between sessions, one request at a time per account, a human working rhythm capped at 20 actions per hour and 500 per day, and a gradual ramp-up over the first three weeks. Your account can still be restricted. If anything changes on your account, we notify you by email the same day โ this is the one commitment we do make.
We offer three subscription plans: Solo, Pro, and Agency. All plans include the same features (Auto Likes, Follow/Unfollow, AI Comments, Direct Messages, Hashtag & competitor targeting, Story views, Analytics); the plans differ only by the number of Instagram accounts you can connect. All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to verify you are a real person and prevent abuse โ no charge is made during the trial. You will be billed for the selected plan on day 7 unless you cancel first. We send a reminder 48 hours before the first charge, and you can cancel at any time in one click.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. You also represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, or content that you submit or transmit through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growdn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any action taken by Instagram or Meta regarding your account; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
In the event of a data breach that may compromise your personal data, PT Shananoh And Cie will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by Article 33 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Notifications will be sent via email to the address associated with your account and may include the nature of the breach, the categories of data affected, and recommended mitigation measures.
For Agency plan subscribers who process personal data of third parties through the Service, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request. This DPA complies with Article 28 of the GDPR and outlines the data processing terms, sub-processing authorizations, and data subject rights. To request a DPA, contact us at contact@growdn.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
