1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the paid period. To cancel, go to your Dashboard settings or contact us at contact@growdn.com.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

• Free Trial: No charge during the 7-day trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid payment.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of the first payment. No refunds for subsequent months.
• Annual Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, refund is prorated for the remaining months.

3. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, you will be immediately suspended from the Service. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

4. Service Discontinuation

In the event we discontinue the Service, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.
