Features

Everything needed to stop losing patients

WhatsApp, the official way

Your WhatsApp Business number, through the official API of a Meta partner. No unofficial library ever touches it — a banned number costs a clinic its entire patient list.

It replies in the language received

Detected on the first sentence and held to the end, follow-ups included. Your patients are not all English speakers because your clinic is international.

It never gives medical advice

No diagnosis, no recommended procedure, no promised result, no dose, no verdict on a contraindication. Written into the instructions, then checked again on the way out.

It qualifies before it promises

Which treatment they are asking about, when they want it, roughly what budget. The patient names the procedure — the agent never suggests one.

It books the consultation

Slots come from your real calendar, not from a guess. The appointment is on the books before the conversation ends, and a reminder goes out the day before.

It hands over without arguing

Clinical question, unhappy patient, a price outside your profile, or someone simply asking for a human: it says so, notifies you, and stops writing until you give it back.

Medical limits

Six things it is never allowed to say

An agent speaking for your clinic commits your clinic. Each limit is written into the agent's instructions, then checked again on every outgoing message — an instruction is a hope, that second pass is a rule.

Diagnosis

Never, not even hedged

No “it looks like”. The agent does not read photos and never names a condition — a patient's photo is health data, so it is never downloaded or stored at all.

Recommendation

The patient names the procedure

It records what they ask for. It never tells them what they need, which technique suits them, or what a practitioner would do in their case.

Outcome

No promise, no guarantee

No permanent result, no duration of effect, no before-and-after claim. Not even a softened one, because a softened promise is still a promise.

Safety

Never “painless”, never “risk-free”

No claim about side effects, pain or safety. Reassurance is a clinical statement when it comes from your clinic, and it belongs to the practitioner.

Dosage

No units, no doses

Not how many units, not how many millilitres, not how many sessions. Quantities are decided in consultation, on a face the agent has never seen.

Contraindication

No green light, ever

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, blood thinners, age: the agent never rules on any of them, even to reassure, even when the answer looks obvious.

Pricing

One price per clinic

14-day trial. A card is requested to check you are a real person — nothing is charged before day 14, and cancelling takes one click.

Talk to us

Prices exclude VAT. A conversation is one exchange with one patient over 24 hours. Meta's own WhatsApp conversation fees are passed through at cost, with no markup. No setup fee. WhatsApp is the only live channel today; Instagram is next and is not sold yet.

Setup

Three steps, then you leave it alone

No technical skill required. Budget fifteen minutes the first time.

01

Connect WhatsApp

Your WhatsApp Business number, through the official API. You keep ownership of the number and can disconnect it at any time.

02

Fill in the clinic profile

Services, price ranges, opening hours, address, booking policy, FAQ. That is the entire universe the agent is allowed to speak from.

03

Test, then open

A private room where you talk to your own agent. Nothing reaches your patients until you decide to open it.

FAQ

What to know before you open it

Does it ever give medical advice?

No, and this is enforced twice rather than promised once. The rules are written into the agent's instructions, and every outgoing message is read again before it is sent. Diagnosis, recommending a procedure, promising a result, claiming something is painless or risk-free, quoting a dose, or clearing a contraindication — any of these stops the message. The patient gets a reply saying the practitioner will answer in consultation, plus an offer of a slot, and your inbox shows what was blocked and why.

Can it invent a price or a free slot?

No. The agent only answers from the clinic profile you fill in: services, price ranges, opening hours, address, booking policy. A slot comes from your real calendar, never from an estimate. Outside that, it does not guess — it hands over to your team.

Which languages does it reply in?

The one the patient wrote in. The language is detected on the first sentence and held for the whole conversation, follow-ups included. English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, Russian, German and Dutch are all handled.

Which channels does it cover?

WhatsApp, through the official Business API of a Meta partner. No unofficial library ever touches your number — a banned number costs a clinic its patient list. Instagram direct messages are next, and the engine is already built behind a shared channel interface so that adding it changes nothing else.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, no commitment and no notice period, in one click from your account. The 14-day trial asks for a card to check you are a real person: nothing is charged before day 14, and a reminder goes out 48 hours ahead. After cancelling, your conversations and bookings stay exportable for 30 days, then they are deleted.
